Reinforced crank hub for BMW engines. For N54 engine and for S55 / N55 engines. Stock crank hubs in these engines are common problems when reaching for higher power. It tends to break or spin independently causing severe damage to the engine. Our upgrade solution is made for high quality materials, tested by our racing drivers and keeps your eingine chain moving correctly and safely. Drill and new crank bolt is included.

Doublecheck that the drillgudie fits good and alinge aginst the crank and make sure it´s in the center of crank. Take your time an alinge when you drill the holes, use lubricant.
You need to make sure that the holes are deep enought.
clean the holes and threds with brakeclean and makse sure everything is cleande.
When you install the new crankhub you need the locking tool that is bolted into the crankhub, you still should use the lockingpin in flywheel, but make sure the locking tool handels all the load from torqueing.
N54 100Nm initial torque plus 360 degrees.
S55/N55 100Nm initial torque plus 270 degrees.
